Eligibility for Full Membership

Medical graduate registered with PMDC and holding postgraduate qualification in any specialty.

Full member may be:
1.	Life member: with payment of Rs. 3000/- (one time only)
2.	Annual member: with payment of Rs. 1,000- / every 2 years

Eligibility for Associate Membership:
PhD, MSc, M. Phil in biological sciences; BSc in Nursing and allied medical science, with payment of Rs. 500/ year


Membership Privileges

Full Member: Shall have the right to:
1.		Participate in all activities of the society.
2.		Receive all publications including quarterly ID Journal of Pakistan
3.		Vote According to constitution of the society.

Associate Members: Shall Have the right to:
1.		Participate in all activities of the society.
2.		Receive all publications including quarterly ID Journal of Pakistan

Please send your completed application form and return by hand or by mail. Membership fee will only be received in cash / Cross Cheque / pay order or bank draft made out to "Infectious Disease Society of Pakistan" Please obtain receipt and membership number. number. You will receive a plastic coated membership card.
